Ive been reading people's suggestions. Love the sharing of useful ideas and info :)

But lately Ive seen suggestions that seems the ideas of selfish self-centered people who dont consider everyone else but themselves. Most of these SELFISH suggestions follow this format:
- I dont like this, remove it.
- I like this, put it.

Bioware should not put or remove things. Bioware should GIVE PLAYERS THE CHOICECHOICE TO AVOID THEM OR EXPERIENCE THEM. ASK THEM CHOICES, CUSTOMIZATION, OPTIONS!!!
- You dont like romance? Player can chose not to do romances.
- You love hoods? Equip your character a hood.
- You dont like violence? Play Paragon style. Still find it too violent? Play a "For Everone" rated game.
- You dont like to hear all that history? Chose a "I dont care about history, give me something to shoot experience"

But surely Bioware is wise enough to avoid those selfish suggestions that would only hurt Andromeda. Thank cosmos.

We as gamers are spoiled.  But some of these posts are fun.  They are suggestions and others had their 2 cents to it.  I don't think some do it to be selfish, but maybe something they'd like to say in a game.

Yeah, some suggestions are so irrational and unbelievable that sometimes I think they are just trolling and people are having fun replying them XD

I'd say there is a lot of thought experiments on the forums.  Most of these OPs aren't demanding anything, only making requests and suggestions.  Some are, but I think that's really the minority.  The ME team is reading these forums, and they'll probably take some of those threads into consideration.  Others I'm pretty sure they laugh off as much as I do.    I wouldn't take much of this at face value.   :)

I asked my parents for a dog every birthday and Christmas for fifteen years. Got one after fifteen years. Gotta be patient sometimes.

One day we'll have a Bioware game that has 146 romance options that include every possible orientation and fetish, also an option to have romances, nudity, gore and foul language disabled. A sexy on/off switch. 87 amazing hair options that flow like god touched them. The game will be so big, it will take a month real time to see everything. Story will be 300+ hours of quality content. Amazing sidequests. A million choices with 58 vastly different endings. The game will ship as a SP-only or MP-only version. The game will be only $5. All DLC will be free.

WE JUST HAVE TO KEEP DEMANDING THESE THINGS AND IT WILL HAPPEN!

imo they listen to fans way too much. I wish they did it less and come up with ideas of their own. We should be happy with what they served us-- like how it happened decades ago.

a developer released its game and you loved it.

Now they first ask what people want and they screw it up because everyone keeps shouting i was this and this and that and dont forget this etc... and if they dont get it they will whine ._.

I think the best thing is balance and taken some feedback, feedback is never bad thing to have, but not relying on it too much. Problem of DAI in my opinion was that BW overcompensated things that people complained about DA2 and then forgot good sides it had in DAI. In other hand I think Garrus and Tali's romances were added due to them being popular within fandom and being requested and I find that really good decision.

SELFISH so what? I buy product and expect to enjoy it all. if i don't like something I say what. If I don't like it but some one else did why should I care his/her enjoyment don't make me happy. If you buy food you expect to eat it all or no? Imagine something in food you don't like but it's fine someone else like it no you simply don't by it. With game it's different it can be changed like DA it's changed so much it's not DA anymore.

Well they wont be equipping a hood if BioWare doesn't put one in the game.

BioWare, I love how you take into consideration of what fans want. But remember, make as many things as you can optional; Not everyone will like the same thing. Even if something seems silly to be optional, make it optional.

"Solipsism" and "BSN" both have an "S" in them.

Coincidence? I think not.

What becames optional stuff, I'm all for that. However I think optional things need more resources in general, cause Bioware needs to do options.

Fundamentally, asking for anything from a video game is selfish. As is asking for everyone to conform only to requests that meet with your approval.

at least some of our community are grateful for what we have. I would understand adding content, but reducing content -.- really people.

I don't want people in hoods in the vacuum of space or in the atmosphere of gasgiants... Like in ME2. It's immersionbreaking imo. Outside of that, I would be ok with it as optional fashion. Miranda and Jack took a price in not fitting in, in those situations.
Also, making something like an extreme Flanders pg3 version seems like a waste of time and Resources that risks hurting the rest of the game for everyone else. But I shouldn't be concerned, since BW and EA will know what they want to do and they will do whatever they are doing. I don't Think Toggles will be enoguh to get a lower rating so there is no bussines sense to add it if it COSTs too much, since it will net them no advantage from a Business standpoint.
BW will likely allow people to walk around in a Bikini in the Vacuum of space since adding an ME1 dresscode check for the atmosphereic conditions of an areas might be too expensive or provide too little eyecandy for certain Groups.

So, yes, people got different concerns/wants and there will always be people who dissagree strongly about it when given the chance to voice it. In a way, people would have a right to voice their opinions, even if it can be a frustrating one for others.

I am not even sure Bioware even listens to anything on this forum anymore. They will more likely take suggestions from Reddit and other sites before they take any suggestions here.
