I had the ridiculous thought that I'd like to see Solas and Fenris meet.
Also, Solas and Merrill would be interesting.

If Fenris were ever allowed within five hundred feet of Dorian, it would probably end in bloodshed. (Or at least fireballs and raised corpses everywhere as Dorian defends himself ...)
On the other hand, Iron Bull + Fenris seems like it could be a lot of fun.
Just realized, Javik and Solas would be interesting to meet one another. Especially if you've beaten the game and know a bit more about Solas. Their backstories are kind of similar. I think Solas is more personable though. Also more willing to share knowledge.

Oh, I have so many of these! Particularly frustrating are the ones who you know were actually in the same place at the same time but we never saw them meet. My number one missed opportunity there was Hawke and Cassandra. We *know* they met, but we didn't get to see it. 
Similarly, reunions between Cullen and Hawke. Or Leliana and Warden!Alistair and Morrigan.

Flemeth being able to see a great deal in someone nature, capability, past and future, like her examination of the warden and Hawke personality and predicting how they will change and impact Thedas, it would be fascinating to hear what she has to say about Sandal, pretty interesting things i bet.
I'm not sure Flemeth would reveal much about Sandal. That's why I'd like to see Sandal & Kieran or Sandal & Cole.

Loghain and the real Blackwall alive. I would like to see them debate on Loghain's past actions as General Loghain of Ferelden.

To add to that, I'd like to see Rainier and Blackwall debate on the handling of the Fifth Blight.
As someone who strongly believes in the ideal that Wardens are meant to be selfless and do whatever they can to save people during a Blight, it'd be interesting to see how Rainier would react if he learned (if he didn't already know) that the real Blackwall had washed his hands entirely when it came to Ferelden, giving a speech to his men about how they should let them deal with their own mess after Loghain foolishly closed the borders and blamed the Ferelden chapter of the Wardens for the death of King Cailan.
Sandal and Dagna. Fingers crossed for exactly this in the Deep Roads DLC.
