Somebody told me that you can't dye the Qunari armor if your character is Qunari. I am holding off on buying the dlc until this is fixed.

That's true. Heavy and light armor can't be dyed for female qunari and heavy armor can't be dyed for male qunari.

Wow, that is crazy. So the armor that all Qunari fans have been waiting for is finally here after a very long wait, but can't be dyed on Qunari characters. That is hilarious.

Yeah... Not only that, but there are also skin matching problems  <_<

Acutally there is whole thread dedicated to Spoils of the Qunari bugs. You can check it if you want.

But, does it allow dying if its on a companion?

I don't have it (SotQ) yet either so I am just going to hypothesize here;  If so, simple to just put it on companions, dye it, then put it back over to Inky, yeah?

You can dye it on companion, but when you put it on qunari, it's back to basic colors.

Unfortunate.

Could probably be fixed easily by a mod on the PC, but the tools will not or ever (decided by the tool developers) be able to access paid DLC.

Yeah, I wasn't able to dye the one I put on The Iron Bull (though it looks awesome), but the one I put on Dorian I could change most of the sections.
