So after killing one of the dragons in the snow place you receive a rogue armor with the masterwork of reducing all skill costs by 20% if not hit for five seconds. So does this abiltity apply to the elemental mines by reducing the cost from 5 to 4 per mine? Or is it not affected? More importantly, with the master stamina amulet, would this allow you to throw 40 elemental mines at once pretty much decimating anything?
