If the second job pays enough to keep a maintain a similar quality of life you currently have with a few cutbacks, you'd be crazy not to go for it.

No idea of where you live or what the situation there is like, but from what I've noticed bakeries seem to be kind of a fad. I've seen a few open where I live, selling overpriced cupcakes etc., and then go out of business within a year. They're such a fad that startup bakeries are a common theme in business related commercials (stock websites, business cards, etc.)
