Just wondering if it's possible to get complete Red Jenny's Stashes, Throwing Away Money, and The Great Blackmail Hunt quests and get the Celene & Briala together ending at once in Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts since it seems there isn't enough Halla statues to complete all of them.

The whole mission sucked the second time through. Mission design is horrible in this Dragon age game.

Unfortunately, that is not possible. You'd need 12 halla statuettes for that, and there are only 11 to be found. I usually leave the door to the lower level closed and thus, Throwing Away Money unfinished if I want that outcome. I have no idea where all the stashes are, so I can't help with that.

You can actually glitch a character through the vault containing the locket to loot it, thus accessing its contents without expending any statues. This allows you to complete every side quest while also obtaining the reconcile ending without the use of outside software.
