The PC version allows you to edit your saves with a tool. You can edit your EMS.

You can...I don't use it like that, except to see what lower level EMS endings are like. It seems they dropped the req. fro Synthesis with the EC. It can be gotten at 2700 instead of 2800. Lower than that, I tested at 2604 and its "Why are you here?" instead of wake up. Seem synthesis and best destroy without Shepard survival is on the same level now.

 

I do use it to put Kelly Chambers in the game if I did not have dinner with her in ME2. There is no reason not for her to be in ME3 if she survives ME2.

 

I also have used it to kill ME2 characters for ME3 so I can see how missions they are in are without them.

Kelly is a Cerberus loyalist. So unless you romance her, she still wants to work for them, and she thinks it's a really good organization.

 

I suppose why you don't see her unless you romance her is because she may have been turned into a husk by TIM. Same with Rupert Gardner. He was another Cerberus loyalist. Who knows.

If you invite Kelly to your cabin for dinner in ME2, she will show up in ME3. She doesn't have to be romanced. If you tell her to change her identity, she will survive the coup.

 

Rupert Gardner was never in ME3 regardless if he survives ME2 or not
