should have sent it to Eastern Europe instead, we would have stripped it for parts.........or a drunken trucker would have mistaken it for a prostitute and taken it for a "ride"

They could've sent him to live with his uncle in Bel-Air if he hadn't been beaten to death.
This guy...

That's what you get for hiking to the 54th most dangerous city in the US. I bet this robot would stick its screwdriver inside a hornets' nest too if it still had the chance.
You know, I might just be speaking as a former native Pennsylvanian (and Philadelphian for many years), but if Philly actually is the 54th most dangerous city in the US, that's actually not that bad considering that it's the 5th largest city based on population. I mean, proportionally, that's pretty good. That being said, it didn't get the nickname Filthadelphia for nothing.......

When going to South Jersey is considered a step up, you know you are in dire straits.
And I know as I'm in South Jersey. This place would be beautiful and amazing place to be if the people didn't sully it.

Anyway, disappointed in whoever thought it appropriate to destroy this robot. I'm glad it got as far as it did though.

I think you could say this about pretty much anywhere people live.
Also, the level of America-hate in the comments is disheartening. Because since 1 or 2 people vandalized a robot, that must make us all tech-hating luddites stuck in the dark ages (which explains why I'm on a computer with a working internet connection), and no other country on Earth has ever contained a single person who was an ***hole, ever. I mean, I could make a crack at, say for example, Norway and Anders Brevik, but I'm not going to.

Eh, what's the death of a single robot in the face of millions of computing tasks being terminated each second across the glove.
You should be running your shame.exe!

I can't say that I'm disappointed, but that's because I expect so little from everyone.

Here's the whole surveillance video, tweets between people have the idea going around that this was some stupid prank by Edbassmaster who was one of the last people on camera to see the robot while it was still functional
Also could be the video is a hoax
