Have you played with the graphics settings, adjusted the brightness of the game and your monitor? If you didn't, try them first and see if it changes.

Yes i tried everything even went to the config and got the DepthOfField to False but still those shadows on the faces are there i got every setting there is Dynamic shadows but still looks like this

I would check if it's the same with the other games as well. If it is, the problem must be about your monitor and graphics card.
If not, then may be some other people here, who can edit the game files, can help you because I don't tweak anything in the game.

No its with the game because ME1 and ME3 are pretty much the same as others

I was stupid well the game was, but i didnt check i went to the configure and got all the setting like the light and it didnt save the first time and i didnt check was it saved so i changed it yesterday and it works fine now
