That what I use.

I think I recall your build being fairly similar mine (my Build). You may have a different turret spec though.
Since we're each going going disruptor ammo Executioner 66644 builds, I would assume this calls for a...

Yeah, I go with shock and flamethrower on the turret.
If you have a maxed out Black Widow & you play Gold difficulty, try this;

Cryo Blast > one BW headshot takes out most full shielded mooks short of something like a Phantom. Otherwise use M-98 Widow or Javelin (use weapon calculator if these weapons also aren't maxed to see if you can still 1 headshot most mooks). This setup is also perfect for practicing headshots with SRs.
For Platinum. Use Javelin X or M-98 Widow.
On my PS3 manifest, since I don't have the SRs at the right levels, I use a Harrier 1 with Thermal Clip Gear. Just remember, this is still a headshot weapon focus/practice setup.
Both Cry Blast & Sentry Turret have really fast cooldowns even with something like a Widow (why I skip Incinerate when going heavy weapon focus with her). So stagger/debuff/dump agro everything, and pop some melons. Geth Scanner is great for one shot headshot because hitting enemies in hardcover for easy headshots. Otherwise I'd be against using Geth Scanner.
I don't have a BW @ all, but good choice.
I have actually been thinking of playing the CSR on her, when I don't play the Claymoar or Raider. I could play the Widow though, I do @ least have it @ X lol.

Seriously, am I the only one who skips turret entirely on her?!
I find that in whatever situation I would cast turret I am better served by casting Cryo Blast or Incinerate.
Also, Graal!

You cast turret in route to your next spawn, typically when there isn't an enemy in LOS. It gives good aggro and CC.
It doesn't happen often, but I love seeing "stephenw32768 [Sentry Turret] Banshee" in the kill log.

Or between waves, assuming you are versed at predicting, manipulating and forcing spawns. That's ignoring that there definitely are times when it is competitive or preferable to use the turret, such as when facing a group of shielded mooks, which neither cryo nor incinerate will do much to help with killing apart from giving a temporary stagger and 25% debuff on a unit that is going to be pretty much instakilled either way if you've a round in the chamber, but which turret can lock down the ones you aren't shooting at for a fair amount of time. It can easily be used as a reload hide just like a grenade, and is essentially cooldown free CC and damage if you know how to use it.
All that ignoring that it greatly helps with some units that would usually be a threat to the kit's effectiveness (Banshees with HoD and Phantoms). I don't know why one wouldn't put at least 3-4 points into it for those two instances alone even if one never remembered to use it for anything else.

Flipping ninja slutz really do pay close attention to turrets...almost without fail.
It is always a wonder how people can ditch using the High Lord in her... She's just perfect with one. Oh well. People.
Sometimes you have to let them leave in order for them to know what they're missing ![]()
I use Adas on her 'cuz lore and I don't want to make her into yet another boring claymoarbot/wraithbot/arcbot.
Aside from that, general quick tip quickie would be to always max cryo and incinerate but the rest is mostly up to you. Personally I also always max passives but have never had really strong opinions one way or the other about the turret. If you do take six ranks in turret, shock/armor/rockets are better than the alternatives IMO. If you skip turret... you're losing a get out of aggro free card but outside of that? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ won't make much of a difference.
^ The TurboNerdTurian makes sense.
6/6/6/4/4 Executioner with disruptor ammo. Too lazy to link.
Agree with that feel, so I won't link either sorry OP.
So...no fitness with Talon/Incendiary Ammo. Kinda cheesy loadout I guess but it's way too late in the game's life for me to GAF
Sabo Turret > QFE

Well, regardless of how great Claymore is on her, she's a fun kit with many other weapons too, and it's one of my favourite picks when I just want to fool around with any random weapon. In the last ~month the weapons I've used on her include Avenger, Phaeston, Vindicator, Argus, CAR, Lancer, PPR, Revenant (this one I regret), Eagle, Eviscerator, Scimitar, CSR, Tempest and CSMG. And Claymore, obviously.

I agree with all this. That said, there's one case in which I put zero points in Incinerate, and that's when I spec for PPR use (I do it occasionally, FQE is surprisingly good fit for that weapon). When lazoring you simply don't have time to throw fireballs, and forcing their use becomes largely counterproductive.
I'll say this: The turret is pretty damn useful against Phantoms. I usually don't host, but I was hosting a Cerberus game yesterday and had to clutch a couple of waves, and I was not used to the ridiculous Phantom DR. Facing waves of multiple Phantoms coming at me at the same time would have been really tough, but the Turret did a great job of keeping some of them occupied so they weren't all charging at me at once. I'm never speccing completely out of the Turret, and probably never taking it less than Rank 4.
Seriously, am I the only one who skips turret entirely on her?!
I sincerely hope so.
Sabo Turret > QFE
I can't tell which of us knows less about what you're trying to say. So, well played.
how do you let it attack phantoms? with shock?

Sabo Turret > QFE
How? The QFE's power damage passives are better so the turret damage is higher especially with Cryo's debuff ( and this assuming you ignore the turian passive weapon bonuses in favour of the power damage specs, which you won't), and the turian has a better reason to put points in fitness as well due to higher returns (rank 2 gets you over gold prime and phantom shieldgate threshold, rank 4 gets you over the same threshold for banshees and plat phantom/primes). If you were going to run either character as turretless or with less than max points, the latter makes more sense.

the normal attack does not do much against them.
or do you just want it to stagger the Phantom.
Mostly for the stagger from shock evo, which removes their movement DR and grants an easy kill in the form of a stationary target. The only other means the kit has of doing so (other than stagger weapons) is to get in very close range and use a projectile power to force them to flip (instead of proccing the bubble), then hitting them when they land, which isn't always a very efficient option unless you've a high burst DPS weapon (and especially when you are dealing with more than one and thus can't really leave RHA for very long without being shot by the other). Keep in mind that when throwing the turret you can't target the phantom or she will proc the bubble/dodge (much like with grenades).
It also provides a good aggro dump against them like most humanoids. Generally, when it shocks them they will focus on it instead of you and let themselves get chain-staggered, occasionally flipping in place and trying to melee it.
How come the QFE and Saboteur have worse turrets that the Geth kits?
Oh well, I guess the toasters improved the design.
Even with all that, most times I feel turrets are wasted points. Minimal return, and despite what many on BSN claim, having more fitness is a good thing for aiding an aggressive play style.
They don't. Toasturret is awful. Can't shock, lower theoretical DPS, no headshots, no rocket lawn chair= toaster crap. The only thing it has going for it is the shield restore, which I guess geth need because they're too stupid to not get shot or need glorious quarian pugs to curry them while they play support. Maybe need to up their processing power with some more code upgrades from their toaster BFF Reaper buddies. How come the QFE and Saboteur have worse turrets that the Geth kits?

I enjoy the FQE over the Saboteur too.
When it comes to speccing into the turret or not. Well, if you're always playing with top players, then yes, you won't be using it much since you'll always be looking for something to kill before you're friends do. As taking time to toss a turret usually equals everybody is dead before he's deployed > epeen shrinkage and laughter over the mic. However, play with weak pugs and play the role of the carrying babysitter, and well, the turret helps a lot.
If you aren't constantly dying on w1, your build is too conservative.
Look, I haven't got the time to read through all QMR said and endorse what I agree with (which should be pretty much all, on this topic) and argue with what I don't.
But I HAVE to quote this just for its motherfucking, beautiful truth. Seriously. Anyone who wants to improve their gameplay, listen to this advice.
