Issue: After
the intro scene, seeing the Normandy blasted, saving Joker and Ashely,
then watching the surgery scene, the game continues to CTD with the
infamous "ME2 has stopped working" message. This has happened 7 times
now, regardless if I import saved games from ME1 or start new game.
and another issue the menus in the game are glimbsy with green colors i can barely see the words in them
ME2 has stopped working error please help diein to play the game

I got this too, but I had to manually extract the rar files from the cd.

yes the installation is full as i read here it should be around 11.4 gb and this what i got

Try reinstalling, once I got my game to instal correctly it went away, good luck man.

No one here ever made anything similar to a PC Problem Report, so it's unknown whether the complaints were valid, or caused by a very insubstantial video chip from Intel. Here's a summary of the archives:
