After the cut scene were Mr. Lawson and the Illusive man discuss controlling the reapers my character will not climb the ladder. My character just walks through it. I have reloaded previous saves and this does not work. How do I proceed up the ladder,

My best guess is that your character is busy looking at those priotitys on the horizen (I would be.)

You can try approaching it in various angles. The ladders seem to be bugged sometimes for some reason. I can never get past one in Leviathan without cheating. Try looking up while walking to it. Or down.

 

Are you on console or PC?

That ladder can be bugged sometimes if you saved immediately after watching the video. You may have to load the last autosave, a previous manual save in the mission, or restart the mission.

Hmm... if you don't have a savegame before it, try lowering your resolution to the lowest possible, 800 X 600.

 

When Shep is bugged in that Leviathan ladder, I do this then revert back after climbing down the ladder.
