I'm trying to host a server with custom content using the autodownloader.

I'm using FileZilla FTP server to host the content locally. I allocated ports 5110-5119 for passive mode FTP and have clients connect on port 5120. Players connect to the game server on port 5121, which is also forwarded.

Players are able to successfully connect, but cannot download content. They get the message:

Now downloading trap_system_demo.trx (attempt 1).
The following error has occurred: Failed connect to 127.0.0.1; No error
Now downloading trap_system_demo.trx (attempt 2).
The following error has occurred: Failed connect to 127.0.0.1:5120; No error
Now downloading trap_system_demo.trx (attempt 3).
The following error has occurred: Failed connect to 127.0.0.1:5120; No error
<color=#FF0000>Unable to download 'trap_system_demo.trx' from any supplied location.  Please contact the server administrator at not.configured@example.com.</color>

Where 127.0.0.1 instead has my public IP address. (I just edited it out.)

Ordinarily, I would think this is some kind of issue with my FileZilla configuration or port forwarding, but logging into a bunch of FTP testing websites, they're all able to connect just fine.

My FileZilla logs look like this when I test online:
