IMO, there are more annoying powers than SF. Flamer, Recon mines to be specific. Like flamer SF should not go through walls. That will balance SF a little.
Get rid of Cerberus smoke grenades too. Absolutely annoying.

Flamer and Recon mine are on the list too. Just below Snap Freeze. I wouldn't mind it priming everything, even through walls if the sound of the constant cryo explosions wasn't so damn annoying.

More people would hate Arc Grenades were that the case seeing as they have a lot of the same characteristics (prime on every defense type through walls and cover over a wide radius), but no one ever complains when I start dropping the bass with my quarian dubstep grenades because tech bursts don't make annoying loud noises every 2 seconds.

The truth is, most PUGs aren't smart enough to equip Grenade Capacity gear, so yeah.
