Like targetting the closest or weakest enemy instead of the one in front of me? Not sure if I missed it but I don't see an option for any changes to the target system.

You can use the Tactical Cam to change party member targets.

There's no DAO-like target preference setting, like for "highest health", etc. It's all manual.
