While I wouldn't liken my experience to being disenfranchised, I am majorly disappointed and not purchasing any more new EA games because of how Bioware handled their mess. They need to take ownership and stop blaming old consoles. They're the ones who made the game and marketed it; they're the ones to shoulder the blame for a broken product that they will no longer fix.
DA:I is now part of EA Access for the Xbox One, I know this doesn't help those that are making the leap from PS3 to PS4 but it may help lighten the load on those that were making the leap from 360 to One. Its similar to the PS Now system of getting a list of games for 'rental' but its EA only games and the list currently has: Dragon Age Inquisition, Titanfall, Battlefield 4, Plants vs Zombies, most of their sports titles (ie Madden, NBA, NHL, Fifa), Need For Speed Rivals and Peggle 2 currently. This isn't quite a discount as the service is $5/Month or $30/Year (and you lose game access if you choose to cancel), but it would still allow you access to the game as well as many others that you may or may not have tried. It also gives a 10% discount on buying any EA titles (DAI included) on top of any sale price through the Xbox One store.
Sony turned down the program because they probably thought that meant they wouldn't be able to give away EA titles through their own program once they accepted it. Contrary to that I have seen a few EA games come up on Xbox One for free since EA Access has become an App for the system.
I wonder if it became part of the Vault after the massive uproar on the forums or if it was set on a timer to do so at this point.
