I was under the impression that the nutso wardens were only the Orlesian branch?
Probably the Marcher branch as well since Stroud who belong to this branch claims that his peers turned on him.
Although I am curious about the fate of the Ferelden branch. Chances are that they went west with their boss, which could make for an interesting story if they come back to realize how quickly things went south while they were away.

For PC, achievements are visible since patch 9 in Origin for me. But still no possibility to buy/download.

WTF I just watched? 
I don't like the look of the Darkspawn. And why is the Inquisition investigating the tremors in the Deep roads? That job should be for the wardens and the HOF....
The Inquisitor was taking part in Orlais biggest ever Jenga tournament and he/she was winning then the tremors started and cause their stack to fall and all the Darkspawn must pay!
