It looks like it's post-ending stuff so no.
Nope, Laidlaw confirmed that it can be played before the ending. In fact, the content is level scaled to the player.

Ok, my bad. I thought so because there was potentially a new companion.
I just hope it has more content than JoH. Will wait for rewiews this time ![]()
No, really? Everybody on the boards was convinced you would be ecstatic about new Inquisition content.I don't like
The Inquisition was original formed to deal with blood mages. The threat of Darkspawn is the mandate of the warden. This is undisputed fact!
You must've skimmed through DA:I's plot because they actually spend time discussing what the new Inquisition, which was formed in response to a series of crisis in Thedas (the biggest being the breach) should do once the breach is closed. They flat out state they intend to expand their influence and become a power in the land. A power pushing whatever Agenda your Inquisitor wants. For myself I am inclined to solve this problem since The Ancient One seriously decimated the Number of Wardens in the area. The Wardens need time to replenish their numbers so if I can solve this in their stead that's fine by me.

I think those two in the trailer may just follow you for part of the area, like Hawke and the warden character in the Fade.
I'm going to buy it since it involves darkspawn and i didnt purchase hakkon. If it's crap well.......

Well then you're just going to have to deal with it.
Looks like another Jaws of Hakkon just in the deep roads. So not really story based. Kinda depressing if true, we don't need new huge maps to explore for resources and fetch quests.

"Greetins, Mrs ...aeh...Inquisition-Lady....but we have this Darkspawn-Infestation and stuff and ..."
"Not my mandate, that's only for Wardens!"
"But so many are gone now, and you have this fancy new army, and competent warriors and leaders and are sworn to protect Thedas and..."
"Don't you get i? Darkspawn are NOT our mandate! Now let's see, a new pajama to wear...hm.."
"But...but M'lady, now the Darkspawn....look out of the window, they are crawling all over this place!! By the Maker, they are...."
"Would you please shut up!? Somebody else will take care of it, and I am sure the Darkspawn will wait patiently until the people with the mandate show up...do you maybe want some cheese while we wait?"

I am sure you'll let us know if that' your opinion of it.

I don't think it is a huge map to explore. It's the Deep roads. Tunnels, chasms, that sort of thing. Not rolling hills and open fields. I think this is more dungeon like.
Wonder if another companion will get killed due to the taint...
Seeing as how this DLC can be played peri-game with level scaling I somehow doubt there will be anything drastic like that. If they DID have separate, reactive content for peri vs post-game play I would be pleasantly surprised.

If Darkspawn would surface with a horde then it'd be a blight. That's the mandate of the wardens. Tremors in the deep roads is the mandate of the wardens. My Inquisitor does not have a huge army, just volunteers and a favor from Gaspard who could easily ignore me if i play the dlc after i beat Cory.
The wardens did such a good job with Corypheus (darkspawn). Oh wait.... ![]()
So I shouldn't have done those missions in Inquisition where I closed up entrances to the Deep Roads? My bad.
Six days isn't too long to wait and simply judge the DLC for yourself, so chill out Kreskin!! The Deep Roads is a fascinating locale, and why wouldn't the Inquisition want to get a birds-eye view of pure lyrium ore given what they've encountered going on with at least one version of the stuff?

Dutch, perhaps a "man date" is just what the doctor ordered for you to encourage you to chill out?
Darkspawn is the mandate of the Wardens, all things Darkspawn, Ok? Stop hijacking my thread.
Actually BS. AD is warden stuff. Darkspawn is Legion of the dead business. Or any other army, like the inquisition.
Considering events in the game the Inquisition might be the only army with Wardens..(or sort of Wardens)...in the entire South of Thedas.
Darkspawn? Ew. I wanted more inconsistently characterized mages and elves. Obviously trash. Stop this ridiculous pandering. 0/10 would not recommend.
Who taught you how to write?
Well I guess I'll just have to do it myself.
There's no reason why only Wardens should be able to kill a archdemon.
Grey Wardens are immune to the taint (being sort of tainted themselves), they can sens darkspawn (and other wardens) nearby and when a grey warden kills an archdemon, instead of being reborn in the nearest blighted creature, its soul is transfered to the neares grey warden an dies with him.
Now, why was Corypheus able to transfer his darkspawn soul into a grey warden to revive himself while an archdemon's soul simply dies, I have no idea.
