Because it's nothing I usually give my mage stuff with high critical chance and all I see is “weakened” and “panicked” I don't even know how, I only aim for damage. If this effect so easy to achieve why spent point on it. Tell you what, conduct experiment, try with and without this passive and you will see there is no difference. As for Champions of the Just, again makes no sense, I would rather spent on something useful, and no you can't get it both, you must choose. And even after I pick everything I want from battlemaster and vanguard I better pick some passive from different weapon style tree.

Lol, Why spend a point on it? To increase chances to weaken, duh! I'm not trying to convince you to respec all your points dude. You're not the only one playing on nightmare. Cool if your strategy works for you, I've also got one that works for me.

In regards to the OP...let met make sure I understand you.  You want 3 warriors in your party on nightmare????

It'd probably work.  It's not optimal, but it'd work.  I think you'd be missing out though.

Not playing on nightmare, it's my first playthrough so I'm running on normal.

I keep hearing about locked doors breaking with charging bull yet my warrior has never gotten through a locked door via CB... Is this a PS/Xbox only thing?

I don't know.  I play on a PS4.  But I've not known any feature to work on the PS4 game that didn't work on PC? It won't work on a door that requires deft hands, fine tools.  But it will work on a normal wooden door.

I don't know about charging bull, but mighty blow works fine. Please note that it does not work on doors that require the 'deft hands' perk.

I have never broken a locked door with a warrior ability, but I have used Grapling Chain to bust the rocks blocking an entrance to a cave in the Western Approach (near where you disable the traps for Frederic).

Purple jewelry, mosaic pieces, schematics etc. behind the locked doors, and this is just off the top of my head some secondary quests require rogue. Basically you deliberately cripple gameplay experience for yourself.

It's true that you will miss a lot of great items without a lock picker, especially some great stuff in the story quests that you can't go back to. That said, this game is really not so hard that it's in any way "crippling." Especially on freaking normal.
