well after see the tráiler of the new dlc my hippie is low...really i hate this way of bioware franchises now DA series take a bad way with contradictions...first i remember the Words of David Gaider and he respond in my old post Darkspawn is a job of Gray wardens....and this is the excuse of him for not include the more better epic and giant legend HoF/warden orlesian in inquisition scenes....

 

well what is the new excuse now for change the role of the inquisitor in a deep roads....this not is a job for inquisitor...this is a job for hero of ferelden..

 

what is the .... problem with the HoF?really why  they decide delete the existence of this hero?why?

 

the cause is the hero of ferelden not is a carácter of EA?really i not understood this politics...much people sense this..

 

hawke is a charácter of EA and appear in DAI...

 

 

inquisitor is a carácter of EA and probably appear in DA4...

 

well i sense this and now i have a surprise...inquisitor steal the job of the HoF....

 

after play the franchise witcher i think in quit my  favourite DA Franchise...really i hope a honest explain of Gaider or laidlaw...

 

why Hof/warden orlesian not have a chance?much people wait this much people die for this and much people quit the franchise for they ignore this characters.

well but Hof/warden orlesian need a quality cameo scene not only a mention...warden not need talk only a cameo a problema solved but with a scene or a time for use same of ME2 with joker.

It's been explicitly stated many times we will never see the HOF/Warden again. The Inquisition is currently the means to peace between Fereldan and Orlais and has called all the shots since day 1 of DAI. They also come to the aid of those that request it. They are not doing the Wardens job, they are helping those in need who approached them for aid. This is not a Blight nor an Archdemon hunt. Clearly something's gone horribly wrong and the dwarves need help.

I doubt this is a Blight and the Inquisition was killing Darkspawn in the main game already, and it's not actually the Warden's job to deal with renegade Darkspawn who aren't trying to awaken an Old God, it's the dwarves who have been fighting them for a long time, long before the Wardens ever existed even.

Not true. In DA2 Hawke went there with Varric and lost a sibling to the taint or nearly does if Anders is with them.

Ok,look. The Warden didn't have a voice back in DA:O. If BioWare brings them back, they'd be forced to give him/her a voice, and believe me when I say that a lot of people WON'T like that. And if they bring them back, many people would complain about how he/she is not the character they played in Origins (because they'd be forced to give ALL OF THEM the same personality)

 

They brought Hawke back since it was easier for them as

1. He/She has a voice. The Warden does not.

2. He/She has a set personality. The Warden does not.

we need see the Hof/warden orlesian in a game...the story of they need a ending.

I guess that means the army we recruited in DAO were Wardens too :P

The Wardens' primary function is to kill the driving force of the hoard, not keep back the legions of darkspawn underground. They are far fewer than any proper army in Thedas, since only a percentage of them ever survive the Joining process. Besides, the Legion of the Dead do it on a regular basis, whereas Wardens basically stand watch and go on suicide duty when their shelf life is coming to an end.

Killing Darkspawn is not relegated to Wardens. Dwarves battle them all the time.    

Killing an Archdemon is where Wardens are necessary, due to the soul body-jumping.

Then it's always been a plot hole since your non-Warden companions don't get ill and yet get covered in Darkspawn blood in Origins.

 

Sadly as I said before, they refuse to bring back our HOF or any Warden from DAA we played. it's too complicated. 

 

As for the Inquisition, it's not stealing a job. The Inquisition aids those in troubled times who ask for help. Obviously the dwarves have chosen to contact them based on the new companions we saw in the trailer. My guess is after all that red lyrium stuff, the Inquisition might also want to go down there to see what's going on and encounter the Darkspawn too. We won't know the reason until the DLC comes out and maybe it'll make more sense then.

The existence of the HoF still exist and their story already ended, it's the fans who needs to learn how to let go

user pokemario you wrong warden have more more more and more personality of hawke...warden have more fans of hawkes..and the voice not is important..see skyrim not need a voices...wee need a closure for the Hof alive or the warden orlesian replace...we need the real hero of this franchise.

No they didn't. Cass and Lel talked about not being able to find either. They didn't say Hawke and the Warden knew each other existed, never miond knew each other personally.

 

They also didn't delete the wardens' exitence. They wrote them out of the story, sure, but they will not appear again for reasons Pokemario posted above

 

I'd like to see them again too, but it's not going to happen. Best to move on.

I know that. That's the reason it would be incredibly difficult impossible for BioWare to make the Warden return without pissing everyone off.
