id say the Panthers should sign Wes Welker but he's waaaay too small for Cam to hit....

 

Not to mention the concussions. I could see Reggie Wayne getting called up.

 

As for the Titans, well, I would have accepted the ridiculous offer the Eagles made for their 1st round pick. That aside, I would start Mettenberger. Mariota is not ready IMO. Let him sit and give him as much time as possible, and see what you have in Mett. If the latter thrives, let him keep the starting job while developing Mariota behind the scenes. One of them becomes a big trade commodity. If not, you just switch.

 

Just my two-cents. It's probably worth less than that.

Saturday, 8/22/15 Final game of the day was amazing...
San Diego and Arizona came very close to tying, but the Chargers got a field goal in the game's final seconds and won. Still, an amazing 4th quarter performance by the Cardinals. At the beginning of the 4th quarter, the Chargers were at 19 and the Cardinals were at 9. Coach Bruce Arians was pacing around the side line screaming and red faced like he was about to have a stroke. The Cardinals caught up and tied the Chargers 19 to 19 up until the Charger's field goal within a few seconds of the end.
The final score:
San Diego Chargers beat Arizona Cardinals, 22 to 19
The Cardinals may not have won, but that valiant struggle in the 4th quarter was something special.

I watched the first half between Panthers and Miami.

 

Graham Gano did well kicking 3 long FG's in the second quarter. Carolina had some dropped passes. Hopefully that changes when the regular season starts
