But I have already bought all except the feast day ones.
Where can I go to see Bioware or Origin acknowledge that I have bought the DLC's
I have them in game & it also shows the ones I bought & haven't bothered to redownload, but I am concerned that if I uninstall the game (to upgrade the operating system for example) That I won't have access to them.
Previously logging in to the bioware network showed all the DLC's I had bought.

When I go to the bioware network login, or the origin login, they list all the DAO DLC's as buy now.
But I have already bought all except the feast day ones.

There has long been an issue with the DLC's now. The Dragon Age Wiki has a detailed explanation of what to do if they aren't downloading. You will have to download and install them manually to your game (I had to when I did a complete system wipe/restore a couple years ago).
Information on manual installation, and the authorization codes to activate your DLC--which is all free now with a BSN account--is toward the bottom of this page. Make sure you are logged into your proper BSN account (if you have more than one) that you will be playing on in game before downloading.

Yes, I had a lot of trouble years ago, that is why I have never uninstalled the game.Information on manual installation, and the authorization codes to activate your DLC--which is all free now with a BSN account

It is all installed and working properly, I was just concerned because I thought it used to show which DLC's you owned, under my games when you logged in.
I have just found them under my registered content (where it's probably always been)
But if it's free now, it probably doesn't matter anyway.
Thanks for the link.

Something happened with the most recent update to Origin, and and now Origin insists that some of the paid DLC (WH, GoA, DS, LS) which are included in the UE must instead be purchased. There are a couple of queries re this issue on http://answers.ea.com/, but no solutions, last time I looked. (I'm having the same issue with my install, FWIW.... I guess I just wasn't meant to play these games.

That link only said that some of the promotional DLC was made free, like the Memory Band or Embri's Many Pockets, not the adventure DLC like Leliana's Song. None of the adventures appear in the list at the BioWare Social Network. Is there somewhere else that mentions the adventures being given away?

Actually the wiki page has all the links you need to download the DLC, and the authorizations for them. All the links are located, as I pointed out in my original post, toward the bottom of the page. The wiki page I posted, not the BSN page you linked in your post.

I read the wiki page, and the only place it said anything about free DLC was the promotional material, which the page linked to the BSN page. If you're talking about the "Manual installation" section, which I read thoroughly, it clearly says that the files are for people who own the DLC already to manually reinstall them. It doesn't say anything about them being free. This is what it says on the page you linked:
These instructions are meant to help PC players manually install their authorized DLC. Downloadable content can be manually installed in the PC version of Dragon Age: Origins. However, some downloadable content, such as Warden's Keep, requires authorization. As such, they cannot be enabled in-game until they have been authorized—either by entering a promotional code or by purchasing the content.
So what am I misunderstanding?

Okay I see what you're asking me, I was misunderstanding. In the individual descriptions of each of the adventure DLCs (like Warden's Keep) it says some require promotional codes, purchase of the DLC itself or the Ultimate Edition (which packaged the whole kit and kaboodle together in one cost). You are correct, the only 'give away' stuff is the long list of 'promotional' items. So, if you have the UE, or have previously possessed the DLC in question, you can use the provided links to download and manually install all the DLC's.
Sorry about the misunderstanding/misinformation.
