So having finished the Dragon Age Inquisition main game I went into Dragon Age Keep to update all my available choices after figuring out I had to select the ones I unlocked.  However the one that remains hidden involves "Deploying Inquisition Forces Regularly" which I certainly at every opportunity.  The other hidden is the one that involves the "Alliances" line of operations which I did and even went to the couple to bless their marriage in Val Royeaux.

 

I wish to ensure I have these options selected so is there anything to be done to ensure they are available?

Okay after looking in further, I did unlock the Hidden stuff under the Dragon Age Keep options.  Though I still would say it is an issue that these options did not unlock on their own.

I am having a similar problem with the Operations table tiles. I finished the game for a second time a few days ago and played Descent after that, so the game has been synced to the Keep a few times. However, neither of the "inquisition forces" have unlocked (even though I've done every available mission and did so consistently during the game) nor did the "young nobles" operation tiles (which, again I did do), nor did a second Sutherland tile exist touting the group's success (my only option there is my first playthrough's failure).

For Sutherland, you need to talk to him post game for the tile to unlock.

I think you might have to repeatedly run resource missions to get the frequently deployed tile to unlock. All I can tell you for sure on it is that I was able to get it and I ran a ridiculous number of resource missions while trying to unlock all throne accessories.

No advice regarding young nobles as it is the only tile that doesn't work for me.

Hope it works as I have the same issue explained here.  Also, for the Fairbanks quest it only unlocks the option for Faribanks not ascending into nobility, but the other option keeps hidden.
