Nah, here GST is always included in the price so you always know up front how much you're paying.
We've had the GST for yonks and the price point for DLC has generally been at the $20 mark.

Then the exchange rates were different or you had cheaper DLCs than other regions.

Do Aussie consoles say $25?

One thing to think about is alot of people were happy there was no season pass. Now u have the current dlc surpassing the 30$ norm that was season pass pricing when released 40$ worth now, more if u get the deluxe items. And if there is still more planned at current pricing your looking at almost the same total in dlc as the base games cost if not more
