You say that sarcastically, and I wouldn't have a problem with Bioware's making this decision IF THEY HAD TOLD US! This is a classic variation of bait and switch. Had I known that Bioware had no intention of supporting the entire Inquisition package, I would have bought it for PC!  Now I have to repurchase the game if I want to play any future DLCs - what  GREAT WAY for Bioware to recoup the money they spent bringing 360 and PS 3 users on board.

You know, not everyone can run out and buy new consoles, especially consoles that, in the beginning cost what 500$? Especially when those consoles wouldn't play the old games. Some of us have children to feed, or fixed incomes we depend on. Having a full and informed picture of how Bioware planned to market this game would have been appreciated by those of us who have no money to waste. (By know, I think you know how I feel about your tiny kernel.)

Yeah, the only reason I was able to buy mine last year, was my 25% discount for working on Black Friday.  Dropped the price at the time to around 300.

I can't quite comprehend why Bioware thinks it's okay to do this to their players and fans, but seeing attitude of many posters here it's clear that they can get away with everything. This isn't first time when Bioware abandons part of player base, happened with ME3 and WiiU and will happen again. And  then Bioware's devs keep complaining how people are being toxic and how awful it is when players bash on precious BW and EA. Like seriously? Did they really think they would get away with lewd tactics like dropping patch and DLC support for certain players middle of game's lifetime so that none would be angry at them and feel like they are responsible? Seriously someone on Bioware should man up and take some damn responsibility. They wanted get rid of old gen consoles and players, it's not about how old gen can't handle newest DLC or not how it's impossible to keep supporting old gen- nope, they just want to rid of us and they want us to shut up about it, that's why ban-hammers have been going around.

I questioned Mark Darrah about all this over twitter and he reckons they tried to do it but they simply can't get it to work on old gen.Wich i think is a total cop out total bs excuse it was most likely they couldn't be stuffed

I get that new DLC might be done so that it won't run in old gen, but I doubt it just had to be done that way. Also I don't think Bioware dropping support is just about DLC that is too much for old gen, cause why they dropped patch support and multiplayer and item pack DLC's same time for old gen as well, I don't think those can be too much for old gen to handle especially when patches are supposed to fix what is broken in the game : /

It's SONY's fault! It's Microsoft's fault! It's the people who bought the game on 360 and ps3's fault! It's everyone's fault except for Bioware's! Don't you see!

I think I get it now. Bioware develops game that EA markets and publishes. Neither take responsibility for the qualility of the product, nor do they treat all customers the same.........something, something, ...old consoles...........................................profit!
