I haven't played through Inquisition just yet, but in Origins it seemed like Loghain was the only one who believed that Orlais was going to invade and try to conquer Ferelden again. Just looking at it from the outside it seems more likely the case that this will inevitably happen. One would think that King Alistair or Queen Anora would at least be building up a significant military force and if not strike preemptively, then at least prepare for a defensive strategy.
WIll Orlais invade Ferelden?

If Gaspard rules alone, there's a War Table mission where he and the monarchy of Ferelden come to terms and he moves his forces north to protect against Tevinter (and presumably Nevarra).

It won't happen. The only reason it did last time is because so many "nobles" in Ferelden sold out their king.

Not anytime soon.
Orlais just got out of a costly civil war that will take years to bounce-back from in terms of economic, social and military losses. Ferelden may still be recovering from the Blight (as short as it was), it still has many nobles who remembered the occupation and will fight to the last man before Orlais takes over Ferelden again. A war with Ferelden would cost too much for Orlais to hold the country if they happened to win, which is doubtful at this point.
Celene was deliberately attempting to make peace, so if she's in charge then a war is less likely at least until her successor comes to the throne. Gaspard is a war hawk, but he should be smart enough to at least wait until Orlais has the strength to both take Ferelden and maintain a firm occupation as well.
