If i use 2 mighty blow rings, or something similar, does it give a 60% bonus to damage?
Do blue rings stack?

No, they don't stuck, some purple do. You can check it in the game, numbers of skill description will change, do this all the time because some rings don't work, it's bioware, they always had a horrible coders.

Just make sure when you check your stats to see if a ring works that you do it out in the field and not in Haven/Skyhold.
In Haven/Skyhold your Inquisitor is the selected character and all the stats you look at by scrolling through your party will reflect what the Inquisitor is wearing (just slap a cooldown amulet on your Inquisitor and you will see cooldown times reduced for everyone in the party if you scroll through.
Also, when you are out in the field, make sure you select a party member before you check the stats. If you have your Inquisitor selected and scroll to other party members the stats won't display for the individual party members.
