monkai dipped his quill in his inkwell writing down his notes on spirit binding in artifacts. His adventure in the tomb had made him reassess his thoughts on possession. "Maybe possession isnt just related to organic material " he said putting down his quill. He heard a knock on his door just loud enough to be heard but soft to announce who it was "Enter"

Miriel opened the door smiling as she saw her brother. He was a exile but she treated him as her own kin, he treated her a apprentice,not in magic but as a mentor "hello brother " she said whimsical.

"Ah miri what brings you here?" Monkai asked. Miri sat down the chair across from him adjusting her posture as for a lady of her station. "Business sadly. First I need to know if you are attending cassia's upcoming wedding. "

"Not if I can help it social events... make for complicated situations " monkai said tapping his temple, she remembered he was possessed by a demon but had no idea what it meant as she lacked the gift of magic so anything related felew over her head.

"Aww but we never hangout anymore" she whined.

"Hehe we set up a play date at the bakery "

Miri smiled at the idea of eating sweets on his coin she knew just the spot in upper minrathous. "Excellent! And next is you didn't properly notarize your petion to be a noble house"

Miri skimmed the papers turning page after page rapidly. "This should be good enough and be at this location tomorrow.. dress proper.. with sleeves " miri said placing a note in front of him, taking the documents and leaving

Monkai watch as miri left wondering why she asked about his status and gave him a note with his seal on it..

Act 93: old house reborn

monkai arrived at a dilapidated estate on the outskirts of minrathous. He felt appropriatly dressed, wearing just his normal sleeves coat accentuating his tattoos , his boots and pants. He wasn't going to dress formally unless he had to and from the appearance he was over dressed. Lights lite as he walked to the door "well this not foreboding.. " monkai said scratching his head having grown weary these hectic months.

I'm sure we will pleasant ly surprised Scorn cooed, still happy by her "marriage " to her beloved.

He followed the lights entering what looked like a auditorium from what he could tell from the dimly lit room all he could see was a figure "You dressed like that on our special night" the figure spoke.

"Well had I known it was a special night and not cryptic invitation I might have dressed more appropriate " monkai said walking up to the figure.

"Tonight is the day we married arranged by politics and opportunity but honest and true" the figure said removing her Hood and unclasping her cloak letting fall to her feet revealing her nude body.

"I can imagine.." coldi replied remembering they were the ones who monkai purchased the ship from. "Later"

Dramis grabbed her hood stopping her from leaving. "Ooh said you can eave I need help wit deez dilieveres" dramis demanded, elara nodded in agreement "least we tell the captain you destroyed precious cargo"

Coldi cursed under her breath wishing she had stayed home.

Coldi saw them cursing as she thought the died from her spell. She backed away slowly but dramis pushed her into the ring. "Go et'em princess " dramis shouted.

"Oh we have a challenger new blood against our champions " the heard cried "remember new blood don't die... maiming on the otherhand... go to your hearts content!

The twins noticed their foe... susa drew a arrow from her quiver. "Well well fate smiles upon us little brother " she said releasing her arrow

Act 95: rematch

the crowd cheered as the combantants fought. Gend swung his blade gashing coldi's arm severing muscle making it all but useless. "Sh*t not again" she thought holding her arm trying to stop the bleeding she saw susa pointing her arrow at her blowing a kiss to her and releasing her shot.

Coldi erected a barrier of ice as the arrow flung to her, the ice ricocheted off the ice wall hitting gend in his chest. "Ohh he's gonna feel that it the morning " the herald shouted as the crowd roared.

Susa laughed at the accident she knew she would have after this. Gend tore the arrow from his chest looking at her with furious intent. He began to feel cold, he looked is legs frozen he let out a groan from the familiar feeling as he broke through it.

" awww don't get cold feet on me" coldi said throwing daggers of ice her foes. Susa dodged the icy volley hiding behind gend for cover as he sliced them the shards impaling the audience.

"Can we leave now it's getting... gross" elara said to dramis feeling ill from the smell blood.

"Hey we need rent..and using the Ragin we should be fine" dramis replied raising her fist to encourage coldi

"We wouldn't be in this predicurment if you did spend it on that wh*re!" elara shouted.

The battle raged susa and gend were bloodied and their skin black from frostbite. Coldi's eye was swollen shut and her lip bled, she spat in susa's face a last act of defiance before collapsing. Twins walked out the ring victorious as the crowd cheered. The cheering stopped as a tall woman bound in black leather from head to toe entered. "Who brought a child... into the ring who broke our new covenant " she said her voice jovial but demanding.

" she's with the the and one swear... Milady I didn't know she was was a child " the herald said holding his hands praying not to be harmed and pointing to dramis and elara.

The clad woman walked to them her eyes veiled by her mask. "Where does she live.."

monkai paced thought the house worrying where coldi had went to. He searched the house only finding her pipe of elfroot still burning from earlier. "Its midnight and shes still not here "he shouted at zera

Zera massaged his shoulders "easy my love she's just out playing.. you keep her couped up too much" she said tenderly. He was a hermit by nature and expected his new sister to be one as well

"She's undisciplined she'll start a war" he said placing his hand on hers. He heard a knock from the door expecting coldi to enter.

Zera opened the door shocked by coldi's appearance held by a clad woman . "Coldi !" She screamed taking her from the woman. The woman chuckled " so coldi is her name... original " she said

Monkai bared his teeth at the woman "what have you done!" He said mana erupting from his hands.

The woman undid her mask revealing her skin and copper hair,she tossed and scratched her hair making herself comfortable. "Perhaps introductions are in order. I am Galetea friends call me tea and I saved your... daughter? You are bit young to have a child." Galatea joked.

"She's our sister "zera said mending coldi's wounds.

"Really.. must be adopted.. the lad here looks rivaini " tea said.

"Leave now..." monkai said

"Oh I like you... such anger and fury... gets me off." Tea said patting her crouch. "We'll workout the details of my silence... mage fights are.. quite illegal" she added blowing a kiss at the unconscious coldi and leaving.

oh her I like remind me of us... Scorn echoed laughing. Monkai ignored her and pondered why was coldi was mage fighting
