I got on for a few games yesterday evening. (I'm at least going to finish that varric book so I did the challenge really quick)  The community for PS3 was within a few hundred of the entire 5* completion Friday evening.

This is insane. Asking someone to do 30 routine missions is insane. I'm more at threatening level (I can't carry; we still sometimes lose), and doing 6 is going to be hard.

Chapter 4  for Varric's Chapters (Agent of the Inquisition) won't unlock for me. I've done the challenges, gotten my chests but I remain at 3/5 chapters.

 

Is it because i got about 80 points prior to the server messup and the rest after?

I got all my points after that and have the same problem, so that can't be it.
