How does this skill work? Do the stacks of it on the enemy have their own timer or does every time you attack refresh the timer of one debuff that keeps track of how many times it has been applied? Is it possible to reduce the enemy's attack to 0 with this skill for a long period?

The timers are separate and the minimum attack value is 55 + bonus from attributes, etc; so can't go below that.
