I followed the instructions for the downloaded Cerebus Network as well as the Terminus Assult armor and M-490 Blackstorm weapon, but when I sign in to Xbox live and load the game nothing is showing up. What did I do wrong? Since it won't accept my codes what do I do now?

From what I've read, contacting EA's support will resolve this over the phone and issue new codes if needed.

I just found its probably a collectors code instead of Cerberus because some codes were mixed up they're trying to resolve the problem, stupid mass production
