I'd prefer that one. I don't think jiggle physics should be a priority at all - leave that to Dead or Alive and various unimaginative MMOs.

 

As for explicit content in general, I've yet to experience a sex scene in Mass Effect that seemed worth it. In fact, I've often wanted to just skip past it and it's not because it needed more explicit nudity. The best parts for me are always the conversations before and/or after.

This thread is way better than the one for prudes. I'd literally rather bioware work on nude models or jiggle physics than waste time on pointless censor toggles for children who are obviously playing the wrong game. If the story they want to tell has nudity (much like practically all romantic relations), than people should deal with it or buy something else. That's the way entertainment works. 

 

Also gore. Nasty things tend to happen when people are shot, exploded, burned or bludgeoned to death. As long as it isn't unrealistically gratuitous, there's no point in wasting time on a toggle for people who can't read the game's rating label.

As I said before, it doesn't have to be Japan-level jiggle, where they bounce from the navel to the collar bone, then side to side like someone is slappin' them around with a cricket bat. That is just ridiculous.

 

Also, floppin' dicks (There really is nothing funnier) and some man ass are fine.  I think everyone, whether they admit it or not, can appreciate a well-toned pair of man cheeks. I know I can.

I know right? There are some people here who think "romance" (I.e., courtship behavior based upon reproductive biological imperitives) doesn't involve nudity. ... aaaaaaanyway: I don't mind "explicit" content (as if a bit skin, sideboobs or a butt were explicit, prudes ...). I personally found the ME1 scenes to be very tasteful without silly dry-humping.

So while I was one of the stronger opponents of the proposal in the other Open Letter Thread, I'm going to say - giving the benefit of the doubt that this is more than a troll thread - that I'm not in favor of this, either.

 

I have no desire for them to oversaturate the game with nudity and strong language. Those levels of content have a place in gaming and that place is Grand Theft Auto.

 

I want them to use the amount of content - be it nudity or language - that is logical, natural, and appropriate for the scenes and characters they write. No more, no less.

Since Bioware is not Rockstar and is also not making GTA 6, I don't think there's any likelihood of the game being oversaturated with nudity and strong language. I think the point of all this is that if you're going to have sexy times, then at least do it naked like you do in real life. It's, at best, awkward to have sex with your underwear on.

I am strongly against the underwear sex scenes, a point I've made several times in other threads. I'm fully in favor of scenes more like Cassandra's in DAI, so long as the scene has a logic to it.
