I don't get annoyed because the odds are overwhelmingly in favor of them actually being better than me.
But to answer your question, I ready up and see what happens. If I get kicked then I find a different lobby. Plenty other victims suckers fish in the sea.
It also works in another way. Like if my lobby ends up with really weak pugs, I'll still ready up. If I get something like level 4 HE with Avenger, then I hope I get at least one competent enough player. Course this happened yesterday, but the 4th competent player chickened out, as well as the 3rd pug. Next wave of folks filling the lobby again all split out on me because they all see that fresh level 4 new to game pug. This game really only needs like 1 or 2 players that have some grasp on the game to make things smooth enough on Gold. Folks need to stop relying on only OP lobbies & top of the line consumables already. Carried very many garbage Gold pugs with garbage setups in the past to know this be true. So live a little and just ready up.

I've just about got the lone Wolf Banner to inspire confidence in weakling botb and friends on PS3. As I don't remember it being this bad on this console before. Used to be the place for weak manifest players.
