Rather than tech support, I felt it was more suited in this category, as I feel it's something to do with the toolset.

 

Recently, my movement has become "bugged", by that I mean, I move very laggy but everything else in the game runs smooth. When I'm idle, the animations play fine etc

NPC's who move also appear bugged.

Is there anyway to fix this? My PC is new-ish and I've never had this problem before and I haven't done anything recently to cause it. It just sprung up randomly >_<

It's most likely the timing that accumulates over time between reboots.  Use Skywing's NWN2 client extension, which may eliminate the issue permanently, and/or reboot your computer to get rid of it temporarily.
