It looks terrible
The concept art they did for their vision of the remake was just dreadful. Just generic grungy.

I just wish remakes would do away with this "grungy" look as it's not hip or cool looking but cliched.... Anyway these concepts look terrible... IMHO
As for that last picture reminds me of what they did to Earth in Doctor Who "Last Of The Timelords"
