I'm getting it on a vast majority--a VAST MAJORITY--of games already in-session.
I load in, have absolutely no UI, can't even turn the camera or auto attack.
What the heck is going on?
Issue doesn't seem to present itself when starting new games, only when joining existing ones.
Have you tried opening up the console and typing in UI.drawEnable 1?
Actually no. Since I can't even access the regular menu it never occured to me to try the console. but i will.

That's fairly common to me as well. You can either:
1. move around and wait a few seconds to see if the UI shows up later (sometimes this works, sometimes)
2. quit the match and try join in again
Since that only happens when you just joined a session, it shouldn't be much of a problem as you won't lose any thing since you haven't gained anything yet 
You won't have access to the menu, so you will need to either use Origin overlay or force shut the game/console
It happens to me quite often as well, and I can only force quit because I can't access the menu to exit.
If I'm in a lobby with friends and set it to public, I probably will lose my spot and have to wait to play with them again, or otherwise I try to find other 3 friends to play with. Anyway, it should be fixed.
Yeah the UI.drawEnable 1 doesn't work. just tried it.
IMO It's a bug caused by faulty netcode, has nothing to do with console commands.
This has been the new "no key bug" for me.
Existed since launch. Working as intended and will likely never be fixed since its a product of the abomination that is this games netcode.
I approve this, sadly.
