SageThumbs is a plugin that allows Windows explorer to show previews of a lot of different image formats that Windows doesn't show by default (for instance, .tga). This makes viewing folders of tgas as easy as viewing jpgs. It was a google summer of code project, and is still open source and freeware.

 

I'm posting it here because I find it very useful to be able to preview all the tga textures nwn2 uses.
