So, I got the Missing Citizens quest from Scar in Chapter 5 - the one where you have to find the ogre mage in the sewer, but before I'd finished it I spoke to Duke Eltan (because several characters had already told me to do just that and there's nothing to stop you...). However, now that I've killed the ogre Scar has disappeared and I can't complete the quest. My last save that's unaffected by this is too far back to return to, so am I screwed? Is there anything I can do about this?

This is probably far too late, but there is the possibility that using CLUA would work.
