Agents,

We are aware of an upstream issue affecting Challenge tracking in DAIMP this weekend.
- Any progress made during this issue will be lost.
- Progress cannot be retroactively regranted.

We are investigating and have escalated to the appropriate teams. We will update here, as well as on Twitter (@ehlien) once the issue has been resolved.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

In the meantime, we recommend taking a break from DAIMP until we give the all clear that the issue has been resolved.

Clarification:
Any loot received during the match via opening a chest is persisted immediately and is not affected by this. Players simply will not see the reveal at the end of the match, but the items will be in their accounts.

Issue is confirmed to be resolved. You may resume matches. Apologies again for any inconvenience. The team is discussing options to make up for the down time. - Billy

The personal challenge portion of the weekend event challenge has been extended by 1 day. It will now end Tuesday at 6am MDT.

It's an upstream system issue. EA Infrastructure teams investigating. Not something the BioWare/DAI team can investigate or resolve. The issue has been escalated to the appropriate teams and investigation is ongoing.

Figured something like this was happening. Had about 3 matches in a row finish and then poop-the-bed when it came time for  the after-action report. Since I got my challenge all taken care of yesterday it won't effect me, but I wouldn't mind seeing it extended an extra 12-24 hours for those who will be impacted.

I think it is the dark spawn wanting to be released early. They are causing a ruckus until they are.

I'm a bit confused by this:

Does this includes dragon loots? Because I just finally got my Hakkon's Valor with maximum base damage, and I seriously would cry if I'm to lose it  (This is probably my biggest concern of all, considering how many weeks people have been grinding for them.)

 

Technically dragons don't count as a "chest" right? And what about the chests we opened outside of matches? I mean, store chests.

 

Another question,

Does our promotions still count? I mean, if we promoted some characters a few times during this weekend, do we get to keep our bonus stats?

 

As of the challenges, I'm not that bothered compared to the above 2 concerns.

From reading the above it's only challenges, not xp or items. The chest portion of the above is just reassuring folks that you'll still get your items.

I just finch my challenge, collect 150 point, i get chest form this challenge, but dint get chest from Varick challenge (agent of i) strange. By the way this is 3rd or 4rh Varick challenge?
