We now know what the problem is and are working to get the chests out to everyone. (all platforms succeeded)

Would the problem have to do with the taint (or taint related issues)?

I got the victory chest but the not the varric chests but thanks for keeping us updated

I just got disconnected from the DA server in the middle of a game, when I tried to log back in, at first I got a "server unavailable" error, then when I got back into mp, the victory chest was available, though still no Varric chests.

(Right before this, I was in a game and crashed out to home screen... After 2 crashed games, I think maybe my Xbox is telling me to stop playing for a while and do something productive.)

Hilariously, not long after I posted that, my live gold 14-day trial ran out. The universe really wanted me to take a break from mp yesterday. (I showed the universe tho, because I found a 2-day trial card in my games stuff.) I've only been playing casually for a couple of weeks, so I'm not really at the stage where I'm farming anything yet.

Well, that was pointless.  Next time there are server issues with weekend events and multi-weekend events you guys can just take a break.  Its not worth the hassle you guys must have gone through.  I appreciate you got it too us, but it feels like arguing over pennies.

QFT. Seriously? A regular, POS commendation chest after all that? I'm so, so disappointed.

So all this work over the course of a month, and it turns out the special chest we get isn't special at all. I will lose my **** if they do this for October and the chest is actually worth something. I got a week long vacation to take then.
