this is a patch... I heard there was a major DLC coming in November/December... but its just a rumor

On the Xbox One, since release, the game has actually never been as active as it is right now.

 

Also lots of new faces, which is quite delightful.

Bioware has for the most part had a closed beta to test all multiplayer DLC. So odds are no new map this time around.

 

And i know the OP was refering to MP dlc/content. But dont forget the SP decent DLC that drops tomorrow.

Gamers often refer to each other through their in game names or in this case, a forum tag. I myself, even after playing with a handful of people for close to a decade. Call people by their original gamer tag that I first met them as. Despite the fact that I know most of their first names. Some even having been or currently are friends on facebook for years as well.

IKR, adding darkspawn as an enemy faction in MP (if you believe in "rumors" from the MP beta) along with a new class, yet no new map has myself wondering as well.

I call him PC master race 4 lyfe (that's his goverment name).  I think of him and smile every time I hear about people doing crazy hacks on PC games.

I'm not salty....I don't care. I find it hilarious you actually have the nerve to call ANYONE salty after your posts.  WAHHHHH PS3 and 360 make my games suck!!11!1 WAHHHHH PS4 makes my games be gimped.  WAHHHH Devs think consoles are more important than PCS!!11!11!

 

I guess it would suck to pay a couple thousand for a PC and get ports that are worth a couple cents though.  I can see where you get all that rage from.

 

 

Those dang consoles threatening devs with violence if they don't make their games for them.  It's all their fault!!!!

EDIT: Not to be completely off topic, @OP I wouldn't expect there to be a new map hiding in the patch, simply because it's a patch. That sort of content is normally reserved for announced mutliplayer DLC, not patches Mind, I certainly hope I'm wrong in this case!

Its all in good fun.  It just time for the PC crowd to start taking their medicine.

FC was included in the Dragonslayer DLC, along with the Avvar, Virtuoso, and Izzy. As far as I'm aware, pre 1.09 the most significant content to be included in a patch was Nightmare and Heartbreaker modes, which don't exactly compare to three new characters, or a map (not that those modes aren't awesome). That's why I was very surprised to see an actual character released with 1.09 (although it should be noted that there aren't many, if any, completely new active abilities, unlike the Dragonslayer characters). Hopefully, what with the singleplayer DLC being released, they will give us the Darkspawn as an enemy faction in multiplayer too, and the Deep Roads as a map, but that sort of content is the stuff we normally see in a proper multiplayer DLC.
