How do I sync my progress? I've completed the game and the inquisitor is show in keep, but nothing else has been loaded and each time I played the game and yet for some reason nearly everything is 'hidden'

There is a spoiler toggle in the Keep. If your progress does not update correctly you can manually remake your choices.

Uploaded playthroughs are saved in a separate tab, you need to copy them from playthroughs world states (or w/e they are called) into editable world states to be able to view them.

That shows the choices I can choose but it's like I haven't had any progress uploaded since nothing shows in the career section. How exactly can I make sure the progress is updated?

Ranadiel: I've seen that but that state is wrong as it shows some of the random character options.

If things aren't showing in the career section, I take it you mean achievements / DLC?

Those should be uploaded now when you start a new game and reach the start menu - if you're not seeing any entries, my guess is that you're either not online / connected to Origin, or using the wrong account.

Are you able to download new world states from the Keep without issue?  Some platforms have optional privacy controls that can affect upload / download of data between the Keep and the game, but if you can download correctly then that should not be the problem.  Likewise, you can use the Account Check page shown on login to the Keep to ensure your gamer tag is correctly linked against the account you're checking if you're on a console and not PC.

If things still aren't working, you can use the "request unlock" button for your platforms to unlock them yourself - the button for that is located on each item in the Careers page, and can be done on a per-platform basis.  There's no penalty or other difference to doing things that way vs. from the game, so you can selectively pick anything you should have (or would like to have :D) as you see fit - however, there's no way to re-lock something that way.
