No, but I already pug NM very comfortably at 40/35/60 (including the starting 10). So I would imagine 100% crit chance, 80% dmg resist and 800 more life (which would mean more or less double my health at level 1) would make the game ridiculously easy. And apparently people agree with that assessment.

I'm getting carried when I'm usually top score (not that it means anything). Kthnxbye.

 

You don't need to be practically immortal to stay alive in this game, actually using your abilities properly is enough.

If you do need that, then you're just bad.

top score means very little you could of had more support EXP, does not mean you got most j kills and where the MVP

I have more than double your stats (around 110/75/110) and I don't two-shoot things on Nightmare. Exceptions to that are only small ranged-type mobs like Archers/Wraiths. When I'm standing in front of a Pride Demon in NM I have to rage at least 5 times to down it, if there's no guard up.

 

Also, Reaver is not a good reference class for NM. With your stats NM you should not be overpowered for NM. It's the opposite. You should get one-shot by Stealth Stalkers/Shadows and two-shot by everything else, if not on a high HP class like Reaver. You should not thinking about switching to Heartbreaker without being a liability.

Yes, I meant low armor/health units as explained below. Obviously was not talking about pride demons and the like.

I never said I was overpowered, I said I was comfortable which means I contribute my fair share to the team and I'm not being a burden or getting carried.

I am not even thinking about going to HB because I know I will be a liability and I hate being carried, don't know where that came from.

As for Reaver having a lot of HP, that's the precise reason I'm using her along with Isabella/Keeper/Elementalist/Leggionaire for NM, because for my stats they are very survivable and I can offer a lot to the team. And of course I would get one shot from Shadows, that's short of their point, if I get hit, which I don't because they only appear in Wave 3 where they can be easily handled if you camp on the stairs.

I do die to Venatori if I'm not very careful (unless I have a shield giving teamate, then I'm practicaly free to do whatever) because of my pathetic willpower though, but even then there are always the resistance potions.

I'm not even saying I'm an awesome player here, just an average player. I'm just saying you don't need ridiculous stats to play NM.

I think I misread "comfortable" with "overpowered". Sorry for that. The logical conclusion for you being overpowered for Nightmare is going to Heartbreaker. That's why I posted that "advice".

 

Still I don't think pugging Nightmare with your stats is comfortable, or you are totally lucky! As for me PUGing nightmare is hilarious. You often get duds. I see hardly PUGs coordinate their party setup. Mostly it's Arcane Warriors and Legionnaires in my games. That's AW's skilled for survival with mostly no team support and Legionnaires focused on self survival rather than tanking. I can't recall any good tanking Legionnaire in my PUGs. Didn't play recently DAMP due work but a friend of me keeps me up to date. Told me he pug'ed FC NM with 3 Silent Sisters. Horrible party setups >.<" I don't know which system you are playing on but PS4 PUGs are, if you find a group, mostly horrible in my experience. Most of my 70 or so clears I did in private games with friends. Those were comfortable for me. PUGing isn't <.<"

That's bugging me too. They even stay on the back of the team alone, just casting CL and if you are lucky stonefist (so you might get a couple of asleep combos). Anyway, most of the time you'll find the lobbies filled with SS now maybe the odd Arcane Warrior from time to time.

I find that pugs are mostly going for survivability just like you noted, which basically forces me to play DPS classes, if I had the ability to play private games I would need even less promotions since I could change to Keeper or Virtuoso or Elementalist for a change.

Works for me.  If you're getting top score (whether it's through support and kills or just kills), I think it's evidence you're not being carried.
