People tend to reserve a lot more range than they wind up actually using. It's why I clawed back some ranges in the wiki reservations a while back from never released content or content where the people are long gone and further updates from them seem very unlikely. It was most noticeable in the classes 2da because that 2da was maxed out, there were no non-reserved lines.
