If it ends up being like ME3, then PC will basically have no loading screens if it runs the game well (which just makes it obvious how abrupt the transitions are). The only things I disliked as PC player was that the door-scanner in ME3 between the war room was still in the PC version but totally unnecessary since the ship loaded each part instantaneously, wheras on PS3 you could clearly tell that there was a map swapping as you were waiting, because it made these twitches.

On pc those gif loading screens when you switch floors on the citadel never played more than a second so I was like "hey, this is new" when I saw the full length of them on PS3.

The only thing that sounds strange to me about the leak is that whenever the devs talk about ME:A it sounds like it's not coming along very far yet but the leak makes it sound like they already have the base game ready. Don't you think the leak is from some kind of design-document or from surface-level developer comments?

I think the leak is their target goal.  I believe they have some of it already in place.

As a pc player, I take loading screens over elevators. In ME3, the loading screens are over so fast I basically don't even see them while in ME1, for whatever reason, i still have to wait 90 seconds to get from the docking bay to c-sec every time I go to the Citadel.

I mean, ideally, you just stream it all in the background anyway but if you are going to need loading time, I think it is wise to allow for future hardware to improve performance.

No cult of adoration. If you're throwing together a rag tag band, let each of them have a set of morals. Go outside them too far, and the character gets upset with you. Keep things interesting. Some may even leave if you treat them like sh*t. Of course people will whine about how this will restrict how they want to role play and keep the entire squad happy.

I don't see how they can get around planet to planet loading screens, but once on the planet, going inside buildings, caves, and different regions within a planet should be no problem, not with the next gen consoles.

I did always want the elevators to go faster in the pc version of ME1, but the reason why I still take them over the non-existent loading screens of ME2 and ME3, is because it feels like those games have a lot of abrupt cuts, and for instance, the citadel is actually seamlessly connected, which I discovered when I glitched through the floor in the Dock Holdings area and landed on the presidium which then began loading the props and textures with no loading screen to mask it -- I just hate the cut that loading screens make in ME2 and 3, and it was evident to me that there could've been a real (and preferably speedy) elevator connecting the entire citadel map in ME3.
