I thought it'd be nice to have some animation for basic bridges (ropes and planks), so I tried to make one just to see how it'd work:

The main issue is obviously that the walkmesh is set once and for all, and won't follow the swiveling and dangling of the planks. However, I suppose some visual effects would allow hiding this (the earthquake spell makes everything move on screen, it could be used there as well I guess).
