Beta NDA is permanent,even after the patch/DLC goes live.
If this is a case, you shouldn't be signing an NDA that restricts you from discussing content that has been beta tested by you "free of charge" after the release of the content.
Even acknowledging that he is breaching NDA rules by talking about the new faction is breaching the NDA.
If we are supposedly getting a new faction, I hope that we will also get a Deep Roads themed map and some new characters. The silent sister is okay, but I would really like to see some more agents similar to the Dragonslayer ones; characters that bring new powers and gameplay mechanics into play.
Also, if/when we get new agents, can they please be something more than just a Grey Warden variant on a human/elf/dwarf/quinari? Something like an Awakened, or a Golem? Pretty, pretty please? 
But no new Deep Roads map.

There was hype before anything leaked and hype generating marketing... Even people in the beta were adding to the hype.
Same thing would have happened if it released with no leaks. Deep Roads and Dark Spawn are pretty much all DA is about.
Majority of DA 1 and 2 you spend killing Dark Spawn and Blood Mages with Grey Wardens.

You define complainers as individuals with disappointment because lack of content. It's called voicing your opinion and criticism of developers.
There shouldn't even be leaks. It's a dlc and patches. There should be weekly updates, but it's not like developers of dai like to inform community about anything there doing. Something such as we're working on getting more content out, fixing bugs or were reworking characters and that would be great. Instead say the rare few that just get to play beta are only ones aware of any future content is just hurting the community nothing more
