I tried youtubing it afterwards and as far as I can tell not many has come across this dialogue before, but it's after the genophage cure if you cured it and Mordin dies.
Then as you're talking to Joker and Garrus on the Normandy afterwards, and it goes something like.
Shepard: "Mordin knew he was going to sacrifice himself to cure the krogan."
Joker: "I can imagine his tombstone. "Died do cure the genophage" and then underneath it it says "Which he also created!""
It had me in stiches for several minutes lol.
