Turian Sentinel with Cerberus Harrier is my go to player. My friends kid me, but every time I try to play any other char/weap...I always go back to my "BMF" (TurianSentinelHarrier). It's not the greatest, and he doesn't ahve any dodge ability, so you have to steer clear of phantoms and Banshees, but is the best all around, and a fantastic support character. Other's may get the 'kills', but it's bc I've stripped the shields and softened the armor with Overload and Warp. And I sacrifice the last Rank 6 of HealthSHield bonus in order to have Tech Armor, which gives me a 35% damage reduction, far better than the 200 or so points worth of shields I would gain for those last 6 points f power leveling.

Although he already has some stability built in, I've actually been using Stability Mods as Armor gear and getting headshots from across the map.
As far as the ammo is concerned, I've been using the 'Armored Compartments' to get he Harrier to 115 rounds (and 9 Cobras ) with the Extended Barrel adn Piercing mod, he's got 20/clip. Use overload on shields, then a Warp, with the Armor 'softened up' from the warp, reducing 25% of Armer DR, the piercing mod does the the other 65%, you're ar 90% Armor DR mitigation, the max you can reduce it. Yes, most people like the extended clip to get 36/clip, but I prefer the Piercing Mod to get more out of each round, and I don't want to be out of cover that long anyway. The other barrel, the 'pink' one that eliminated 90% of armer DR doesn't do any damage boost, btw. 
Extended Barrel+Piercing Mod+ Armored Compartment+Stability Mod....Use Incendiary Ammo IV for the Warp-Incendiary Stack, you can kill a Gold Atlas without having to run to an ammo box.

I am going to go ahead and volunteer the Turian Soldier w Harrier... SERIOUSLY???... It was stupid OP..I have never, ever put the 2 of them together in the 2 years I have played until 2nite...I DIDNT EVEN USE MARKSMAN<<<---not once.....was a Reapers/ Glacier match..all I did was shoot...I got 145k ...was a sub 20 min match..2nd place had 79k...I think I have a new favorite..

Harrier is pretty ridiculous on the Sentinel as well. Soldier is great but if you get a board like Condor or Hazard Dagger it can be a PITA.
