I also wish to extend my respect to the BioWare fan community. My own interest in the community began as part of my professional career as a brand equity consultant researching the equity crisis that played out in 2012/13. I was researching the impact social media platforms can have on a brand and found BSN to be a resource that far eclipsed any other social media platform.
The forum soon became more than a data resource for my career. I met friends and was fortunate to have spoken with so many brilliant, funny and talented people in my time on forum.
